About the event
Whether you are experienced with dream herbs or are just getting started, this class welcomes all! Learn the history of herbs, dreams and the links between ancient cultures dating back to the first writings. Learn about many herbs from sleep support to lucid dreaming. Walk away looking at sleep, dreams and herbs in a new way.
This class is a prerequisite for the Dreaming with Herbs Circle, a 6 week course spanning from Imbolc to the first day of spring. Cultivate a deeper connection to herbs & your dreams with this safe community of curious dreamers as the world awakens around you.
